At Moonlist, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If a wrong product has been delivered.

  • If the product is damaged during delivery.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at moonlist@gmail.com with clear images or an unboxing video as proof.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

  • If the returned product passes quality inspection after being received by our team.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue verified by our quality team. Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, water, chemicals, or mishandling.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
